Sweden Opens Trade Council Representative Office in Tehran
February 13, IFIF public relation- Head of Sweden Trade Council Ilva Berry in a meeting with Head of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture Gholamhossein Shafeyee said that the opening of his country's representative office in Tehran would provide an opportunity for the two countries’ business community and investors to expand bilateral ties and infrastructural projects.
Berry expressed their companies willing to get access to the neighboring country`s market and also their readiness for investment. She added that the visit of the representatives of 70 Sweden economic enterprises to Tehran as the biggest exchange of delegation and indicative of her country’s resolve to promote ties with Iran.
Shafeyee said that expanding banking ties between Iran and Sweden is the prelude for fostering economic and trade relations.
An economic Sweden delegation headed by the Sweden Prime Minister Stefan Lofven visited Iran and 5 cooperation pact were inked between Lofven and Iranian president Hassan Rohani.
